Application Process

Thank you for your interest in renting a home with Double Z Property Management


  • Our application process requires you to view the inside of the home before submitting your online application. We do not rent sight unseen. (Military Exception).
  • Applications are accepted on a first come first serve basis.
  • To set up a time to view your home of interest please visit the "Find a Home" tab.
  • Once you have viewed the home and would like to apply to rent the home please contact our office at 253-531-9431 or email us a zzoffice@doublez.net.  We will then explain our application process to you and email you our "pre-application forms".
  • Please use the "application checklist" that is included with your "pre-application forms" to ensure you bring all necessary documents to our office when applying.
  • You may also pick the forms up at our office which is located 13410 Pacific Ave. S. Tacoma, WA 98444.Once we have received your "pre-application forms" you will have 24 hours to complete your application online.
  • The online application can be accessed via a link we will provide to you. 
  • We will notify you or approval/denial within 48 business hours; unless prior landlord verification is hard to obtain.


**** Since our homes are on a first come first serve basis please call our office at 253-531-9431 prior to bringing in your "pre-application forms". We may already have a pending application on the home and would not want you to waste a trip.
